First Aid Training
First aid training can be a minefield, especially if you are a new business setting up, or even if you are a well established business that is expanding, and needing to keep your business within the legal requirements of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). By speaking with one of our professionals, you will be in the ideal position to determine what you should be providing as an employer. We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to assess your first aid needs and requirements.

When looking at our clients first aid requirements, we take into account:

  • The type of work you do, risks and hazards at work (including particular hazards needing special accommodations).
  • The composition and size of your staff.
  • The work schedules of your employees holidays and other absences of the first responders and designated individuals.
  • Accident or incident history of your company or group.
  • Remote, itinerant, and solo workers.
  • The makeup of your staff and how far away any of your locations are from emergency medical services.
  • Whether your staff members operate in shared or multi-occupancy environments, and whether you provide first aid to non-employees (like members of the public).

All our courses ensure that all students will get the first aid knowledge and self-assurance necessary to assist those who are:
Unconscious, bleeding; experiencing shock; choking; feeling lightheaded; suffering from hypothermia or heat exhaustion; poisoning; suffering from burns; having a brain injury; or suffering from a bone or muscle injury.Emergency First Aid Training

Information on electrical incidents, accident recording and reporting, monitoring casualties, assessing casualties, and the regulation of substances dangerous to health (COSHH) will also be covered in our courses.
